How much does it cost to rent a projector and screen in New Jersey?
Projector and screen rental with Bergen AV starts at $525 for a 5500 lumen projector with 8ft tripod screen. Other packages: 5500 lumen projector with 10ft fast-fold screen ($850), 7000 lumen laser projector with 12ft fast-fold screen ($1,100), and an 8800 lumen commercial projector ($1,100). Every package includes delivery, setup, and removal — the price we quote is the price you pay.
Can I rent a projector for just one day?
Yes — most of our projector rentals are single-day events. We deliver and set up before your start time, and pick everything up the same evening or the next morning. Multi-day rentals are also available; just tell us your dates when you request a quote.
Does Bergen AV deliver and set up the projector?
Yes. Every rental includes professional delivery, setup, and removal. Our team connects your computer or device, runs and tapes down all power cables neatly, and provides a skirted cart. We coordinate setup time so everything is ready before your event begins.
What size projector screen do I need?
For smaller meetings up to ~50 people, an 8ft tripod screen works well. For corporate events and mid-size rooms, a 10ft fast-fold screen is ideal. For large ballrooms and galas with 100+ guests, we recommend the 12ft fast-fold screen with our 7000 lumen laser projector. Our team is happy to advise based on your specific venue.
What is the difference between a tripod screen and a fast-fold screen?
A tripod screen is portable and self-standing — quick setup, ideal for smaller presentations. A fast-fold screen is a larger professional frame screen assembled on-site by our two-person team. Fast-fold screens offer a wider 16:9 format that matches today's presentation standard and are better suited for large venues and ballrooms.
Can Bergen AV provide a projector and sound system together?
Absolutely. Bergen AV is a full-service AV company. We commonly bundle projector and screen rentals with sound systems, wireless microphones, LED monitors, staging, and live streaming. Bundling equipment is often more cost-effective and means one experienced team handles your entire event.
