What is a Virtual Event?
A virtual event is where all attendees and presenters are in remote locations. A great example of a virtual event is a typical Zoom Meeting.
Virtual Event Production
Bergen Audio Visual's Remote Production Studio brings in multiple presenters and provides a professional experience for your viewing audience. We can combine PowerPoint slides, Graphics, Lower thirds, etc to enhance the virtual experience. Combined with our Live Streaming Service, your next event can be hosted right on your website or ours. We also work with Zoom, Teams, GoTo, etc.
We work with your presenters to insure the best video and audio quality. Great communication with your team before, during, and after event.
On Location vs Cloud Based
We offer two types of production. Location and Cloud Based. Location based production provides a slightly higher video quality for most presenters. We also have a bit more flexibility with graphics and lower thirds. There is a lot more "control" over the event. Cloud based production provides a more stable and simpler production experience. Less equipment and less operators are required. The major benefit of cloud based production is the cost.
